This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and the rights available to you. It is short because the site collects very little.
Who is responsible
1TWELVE Global Consulting Services LLP, operating as Green Chillis, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are registered in India, at 2nd Floor, 153, 9th Main Rd, Jaya Nagar 1st Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560011, India.

What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form. Two of the fields are choices from a list:
Your name and email address
Goal — recruitment, research or expansion
Student cohort — undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD or short-term
Institution name (optional)
What we do not collect
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain, so no request is made to an outside provider when you browse.
We do not build profiles, we do not enrich your data against third-party sources, and we do not sell or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare the market review you asked for, and to hold a record of that correspondence. Nothing else.
Where the GDPR applies, our basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, our basis is the consent you give by submitting the form for that stated purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Enquiries that become engagements are retained for the life of the contract and for as long afterwards as tax and company law require.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Who else sees it
Our own staff, and our hosting and database providers acting on our instructions. We do not pass enquiry data to partner institutions, agents, or anyone else without asking you first.
Where it is processed
Enquiry data is processed and stored in India. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, that is a transfer outside your jurisdiction. We rely on the appropriate safeguards for such transfers and will name the specific mechanism here once counsel has confirmed it.
Your rights
Subject to the regime that applies to you, you can ask us to:
confirm what we hold about you, and give you a copy
correct anything inaccurate
delete it
restrict or object to how we use it
provide it in a portable form
withdraw consent, where consent is the basis
Complaints
If we have not resolved a concern to your satisfaction, you may complain to your supervisory authority — the Data Protection Board of India, or your national data protection authority in the EEA or UK.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own beyond a single local record of your cookie preference, which is stored in your browser and never sent to us. No analytics, advertising or profiling cookies are set. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent before setting them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be notified to affected enquirers by email.
